The mechanical machining process – sawing, milling, drilling and grinding – is assisted by the latest CNC technology.
Great accuracy of measurement and testing is called for in the manufacture of our precision products. We therefore have special measuring rooms, in which the equipment and climate control conform to the highest of specifications.
Using computer software, the measured data is converted into three-dimensional graphic representations. Any necessary follow-up work is done based on the results of these measurements.
The finished product is then measured for a final time. If it meets all the specifications, a measurement compliance certificate is issued.
In order to achieve the utmost accuracy, the final process, computer-aided measuring and logging, takes place in precisely air-conditioned working areas. The work here is performed to an accuracy of 1,000th of a millimetre.
